PERSPECTIVE VS REALITY

I've always thought of La Comuna 13 as an unreachable place. I never thought I would be visiting La Comuna with my friends. All I hear in the news is about murders and violent situations, but as soon as I started this projects, I realized there's more of the story to learn and to know about. I hope the visit on Thursday can change my perspective and turn it into reality.

I think that the comuna13 is a place that shows the inequality in our city. It has a sad story full of violence and social problems like the operacion orion, but not everything is bad, in the past years the violence situation had improved. I want to go to the comuna so that I can change the way I see it know.
